Tasks will be varied and challenging. Anything from calling Advisors to running insurance illustrations and reports. Your fresh outlook and skills will be a welcome addition to the region.
What will you do? Performing research and providing answers for customer generated inquiries. Contributing to defined projects or tasks under direct supervision.
Documenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals. Developing product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department. Calling in regards to policies that have been issued but not settled.
Assisting with special campaigns Mining for sales opportunities/in force business/refer to sales teamCourtesy calls to Advisors Helping to create newslettersRun Illustrations and analyze Run reports to assist with sales Help to organize events and participateAttending webinars and making follow up calls What do you need to succeed? Must have:Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
