Analyze contractor metrics (acceptance rates, delivery times, customer ratings)

Live Operations Leadership

Monitor real-time delivery flows across your region

Rapidly resolve operational hiccups (weather, demand spikes, app issues)

Be the bridge between our support team and independent contractorsProcess Innovation

Gather rider feedback to shape platform tools and policies
You're Perfect For This Role If You:

Understand gig economy dynamics (experience with independent contractors is a plus)

Can interpret data but also connect with people

Stay cool when lunch rush hits and 20 orders need rerouting

Communicate clearly across apps, emails, and in-person

Are fluent in English and Mandarin

Have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (preferred)
Salary range: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
