KeyData Cyber is hiring a People Operations Specialist to help us deliver a great employee experience across every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Head of People \& Talent, you'll play a key support role across HR operations, programs, and systems---contributing to everything from onboarding to performance reviews and workforce planning support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of HR experience looking to grow in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (150 York St.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support workforce planning efforts through data tracking and reporting to help the team anticipate future talent needs.
- Maintain and update HR policies to reflect current legislation and internal practices.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and thoughtful support.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics in collaboration with the Talent team.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within the HRIS system.
- Assist with immigration documentation and coordination with external legal and mobility partners.
- Help roll out and track company-wide HR programs including performance reviews, goal check-ins, and engagement surveys.
- Organize employee experience programs such as wellness events, feedback cycles, and team celebrations.
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects, process improvements, and internal communications.
- Support cross-border teams across Canada, the U.S., and India to ensure consistent employee experiences.
- Provide occasional back-up support for Office Management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience within People Operations or in a Generalist capacity, preferably within a global or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with workforce planning concepts or experience supporting headcount tracking and reporting.
- Must be eligible for Government of Canada Secret-level Security Clearance.
- Strong communicator and team player with a proactive mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
PREFERRED SKILLS \& QUALIFICATIONS
- Progress toward or completion of an HR designation (CHRP, CHRL, etc.).
- Experience working across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Experience working with BambooHR and/or workforce management platform.
- An experienced systems-thinker and builder to optimize our HR processes and workflows.
