Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Consultant -- HR Regulatory Compliance to support Project Tempo. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced regulatory team, providing extensive research and documentation on employment law requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and document employment law requirements across various jurisdictions
- Recommend regulatory controls to mitigate risk
- Analyze and organize large volumes of complex information
- Prepare clear and concise documentation for internal use
- Manage workload effectively and pivot quickly to changing priorities
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in employment law
- 2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk
- Intermediate MS Office and Excel skills
- Strong research and analysis skills
- Excellent documentation and writing skills
- Strong time management and self-management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and convey large volumes of information clearly
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Ability to comprehend and interpret documents in Spanish
- Experience working within HR functions
- Experience in large organizations
