The System Analyst, Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations is an important part of the Business Process Team, reporting to the Director, Business Process. They are responsible for implementing, configuring, and transforming Microsoft D365 F\&O.
Must have Skills
- 5 years experience working with Dynamics 365 in a System Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of ERP, Power BI, Electronic Reporting, software best practices and methodologies
Responsibilities
- Oversees technical support and troubleshooting for the Dynamics 365 F\&O and other integrated applications, (Level 2 and above).
- Mentors application support team.
- Analyzes business requirements and translates them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F\&O.
- Designs, configures, and customizes Dynamics 365 F\&O solutions to ensure business requirements are met
- Leads the implementation of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
- Collaborates with business stakeholders, developers, and other Application team members to ensure successful projects and enhancements are delivered on time and within budget.
