About The Role
Responsibilities Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns, including paid media, SEO, and social media.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously improve campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across channels to maximize performance.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead the development and optimization of marketing funnels, from awareness to conversion, focusing on personalization and prospect experience.
Lead Funnel \& Hubspot Management
- Oversee the management and optimization of lead funnels within HubSpot, ensuring seamless lead flow from acquisition to conversion.
- Manage HubSpot's CRM, workflows, and email automation to align with campaign goals and deliver personalized, targeted messaging to leads.
- Collaborate with sales to optimize the alignment between marketing automation and the sales process, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent communication with leads.
- Continuously monitor funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement and making data-backed recommendations to increase efficiency.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze performance data from Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM, and other marketing platforms to derive actionable insights and refine strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay on top of industry trends to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and ahead of the curve.
- Develop and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in B2B marketing
- Proven experience managing cross-channel campaigns, including paid search (Google Ads), social media ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and SEO.
- Expertise in HubSpot management, particularly in workflows, CRM setup, and marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and segmentation.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of using analytics to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
