The company represents high-caliber, internationally acclaimed touring and recording artists, as well as platinum-selling producers and songwriters.JOB DESCRIPTIONEcommerce Merchandise Management: Oversee merchandise design process with multiple clients across a variety of product lines, for both e-commerce and touring
Work closely with clients and creative directors to understand and develop creative vision
Work closely with 3rd party ecommerce fulfilment team on logistics, timing, product sourcing, production
Source and present designers for client and creative director approval
Seek out new, trending merch products
Work with project managers to create sales projections for tour merchandise sales
Oversee production (blanks, cost, test prints, etc) for both e-commerce and tour
Oversee webstore approvals (banners, product pages, product descriptions, pricing, naming, bundles, collections, popup's, etc)Inventory management and reorders for both e-commerce and tour
Oversee product launches, sales and discounts (timing, product lines, fan incentives etc)Oversee and coordinate tour merchandise logistics, including shipping, returns to webstore
Submit merch graphic requests to socials team
Coordinate music product restocks
Coordinate promotional shipments
Oversee advertising plans and spends
Analyze sales data to inform future decision making
Present sales data to clients and project managers Tour Marketing:Work with project managers, agents, and promoters to determine tour on sale rollout and timing
Coordinate one off and festival show announcements with artist social media teams
Assemble creative tour assets and distribute to appropriate parties
Review marketing plans, digital ad spends, radio plans
Liaise with record labels and other stakeholders to ensure mutual goals are communicated and met
Coordinate liners with artists and deliver to promoters
Brainstorm and implement marketing ideas with promoters, agents, artists
Coordinate ticket holds and buys
Review tour press releases
Liaise with artist social media teams to line up tour announcements
Secure third party ticket presales with stakeholders (Spotify, Laylo, Seated, artist presale, etc)Oversee sustain and closing marketing effortsSKILLS \& EXPERIENCE REQUIREDInterest in music industry and artist management
