Job Description: Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research, user interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis.

Develop clear, actionable product roadmaps that outline features or improvements and timelines.

Prioritize tasks using established frameworks like MoSCoW or RICE to focus on high-impact initiatives.

Produce detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) or user stories to guide the development team.

Clearly define features, goals, and expected outcomes to streamline execution.

Work cross-functionally with:

Engineering: To build innovative solutions that align with the product vision.

Design: To ensure seamless, user-friendly experiences.

Marketing \& Sales: To plan product launches and promotional strategies.

Customer Support: To capture post-launch feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

Execute development plans

Ensure alignment between product vision and development execution throughout all stages.

Determine appropriate investment levels for NPD and innovation initiatives

Conduct "make vs. buy" analyses to optimize product sourcing and development decisions

Track and evaluate performance using KPIs such as usage, retention, and conversion metrics.

Leverage feedback and data to iterate, improve, and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements: Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Previous experience in category management, product management, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Certifications in Agile, Product Management (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Pragmatic Institute certifications), or Project Management are highly desirable.
Compensation:
- $90,000 - $110,000
