Responsibilities
- Support the direct response team to ensure departmental administrative effectiveness and accurate campaign tracking both online and offline.
- Manage campaign samples, test tracking, and interface with internal staff and vendors for smooth operations.
- Handle financial processes including purchase orders, EFT payments, expense reconciliation, and budget tracking in Raiser's Edge.
- Ensure data integrity and timely data entry in Raiser's Edge, including campaign and fund codes.
- Coordinate with digital teams for donation page updates.
- Organize physical and digital campaign materials, monitor mail appeal logistics, and report delays.
- Assist in developing campaign briefing documents and maintaining schedules.
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Director of Direct Response.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or similar roles.
- Advanced Excel skills required; bookkeeping experience is a strong asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of Direct Response channels is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis and Raiser's Edge is an asset.
