Our established client, a regulatory body in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a Registration Administrator to join their team. This is an 11 week contract opportunity with the chance to extend or turn into a permanent position. The role will require one day a week in-office Downtown Toronto. Roles and Responsibilities

Answer applicant inquiries

Review applicant documentation and make note of any issues

Maintain and update the internal database

Project support

Scheduling and calendar management

Meeting coordination

Other related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills

Must have a University Degree completed

Must have experience working in a regulatory body

Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience

Must be highly organized and detail-oriented

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be proficient in MS Office

Must have strong problem-solving skills

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Must have experience using Sharepoint and Adobe
