In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers --- handling inquiries, processing orders, providing technical guidance, and building strong relationships with our client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has an interest in parts, equipment, or industrial sales. Support outside sales reps by preparing quotes and sharing customer insights Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and technical specs Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or parts/industrial distribution and sales - at least 3 years Technically minded with an interest in engines, equipment, or industrial systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/SAGE or order entry systems is a MUST; Mechanical or automotive background a bonus, but not required Supportive team environment and training provided Job Type: Full-time Casual dress Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends, no stat holidays Inside sales: B2B sales: Parts Inventory: 1 year (required) Language: \~ English (required)
