Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join a top 5 banking client in Toronto (hybrid 2x per week in office). This BA will be assisting on a regulatory project.
Roles/Responsibilities:

Interpret and analyze regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with the bank's' operational frameworks.

This candidate will be working within the eGRC (Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team to assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing current regulatory and risk strategies.

Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps in current operations against new regulatory demands.

Define and document business requirements.

Translate requirements into clear and actionable requirements for both technical and business teams.

Work closely with project managers and other executives to track project milestones and dependencies.

Assist in defining and managing project risks related to compliance gaps. - Ensure business workflows support seamless regulatory adoption.
Required Skills \& Experience:

Experience working in a regulatory environment.

Experience working in an Agile environment.

Background in business knowledge - having experience working in compliance, regulatory and/or risk.

Ability to work in an environment with limited direction/ambiguity.

Hourly pay for this role roughly $55-60/hr, depending on relevant skills \& experience.
