ResponsibilitiesPrepare and negotiate key fund formation documents, including offering memorandums, subscription documents, limited partnership agreements and side lettersWork on investment vehicle formations and fundraises, including funds-of-one and rated products.
Direct outside counsel and advisors on fund formation and capital-raisingOpportunity to engage in transactions in support of the firm's asset management team. Requirements2-6 years of corporate M\&A and fund formation/fundraising experience. A license to practice in Ontario.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and drafting skills. High level of attention to detail.
