We are seeking a bilingual Sales Associate (English and Mandarin/Cantonese) to join our dynamic team. Our Sales Centers \& Show Suites are vibrant workplaces showcasing top industry designs, show homes, and customer experiences. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you'll collaborate with sales \& marketing teams to deliver high-quality homes on schedule and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing
- General Clerical:

Filing signed contracts, upgrades, and customer files

Managing documents: scanning, photocopying, faxing, electronic distribution

Maintaining customer database records

Supporting sales projections and reports with the Area Sales Manager
- Customer Service:

Greeting prospects and managing customer expectations

Supporting sales targets through regular follow-ups

Maintaining professional appearance and marketing materials

Addressing customer inquiries promptly with the team
- Problem Management/Quality Control:

Ensuring timely resolution of homeowner issues
What You Bring To The Team
- Experience in administrative or sales roles
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is an asset
- Knowledge of multi-family industry, CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Negotiation skills with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to various personalities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability to work Monday to Thursday 2 pm--8 pm, weekends \& holidays 12 pm--5 pm
Qualifications \& Education
- High School Diploma
- Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or real estate preferred
- Customer Service training or certification is a plus
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine customer service focus and professional demeanor. A comprehensive screening, including criminal record and reference checks, will be conducted.
