Your Mission
What You Will Do Customer Management
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize growth.
- Lead and coordinate projects with key stakeholders.
- Maintain close contact with customers for follow-up and complaint resolution.
- Understand customers' operations and policies to tailor sales discussions and ensure effective communication and follow-up on service level agreements.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing for new products.
- Use CRM daily for managing leads and projects.
Sales Planning
- Set up account plans and forecasts.
- Conduct internal and external business reviews as planned.
Technical Support
- Present and implement innovative solutions based on market trends.
- Provide proactive support and fast troubleshooting for customers.
Budget Management
- Track and analyze sales activities to meet or exceed the annual budget.
- Control expenses and manage customer pricing.
Relationship and Teamwork
- Facilitate team processes and maintain open communication.
- Accept responsibilities with accountability.
- Adhere to company procedures, policies, and ethics.
- Demonstrate project management skills with cross-functional teams.
What We Expect From You
- Education: University degree in commerce or food science.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience, with experience in managing foodservice accounts and understanding food industry, including baking and ingredients, Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of food service and retail markets as a valuable asset.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; CRM understanding. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
- Competencies: creative and passionate about sales and inspirational concepts; having project management skills; strong analytical and planning capability; initiative, collaborative and dynamic personality; ability to multitask and influence, and a customer-oriented, solution-oriented and result-oriented mindset.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Canada, USA and Europe as required.
