Responsibilities \& Duties:
- Quote and invoice rental reservations
- Communicate with customers and process retail reservations via email, phone and LiveChat
- Provide advice to select suitable vehicle types to customers
- Demo rental vehicles to walk-in customers
- Process customer payments
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, and other tasks as they arise
Requirements:
- Be a person of integrity and always make a positive contribution within the work environment
- Be reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Be fluent in English (additional languages including German, Dutch is considered an asset)
- Have a friendly outgoing personality and love working with an international clientele
- Be confident working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple ongoing assignments simultaneously

- Computer literacy is key and data entry

- Compensation ranges between $19 and $21 per hour, based on customer service experience.
