A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, coupled with a recognized professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA).

At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a municipal or public sector environment.

A strong understanding of municipal finance practices, long-term financial modeling, reserve management, and capital budget reporting.
