We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Grocery Team Leader to champion our specialty products, with a focus on artisanal cheeses. As a leader, you will inspire and manage a team of 5 to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of specialty grocery experts to achieve sales goals, customer satisfaction, and product quality.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and quality control processes for specialty cheese products.
- Train and mentor team members on production techniques, quality standards, and customer service.
- Monitor sales, control costs, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive business results and improve processes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting morale and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail management or leadership, preferably in specialty grocery or related fields.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and lead high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of artisanal cheeses, specialty foods, and retail operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
