Responsibilities
Based at our Cambridge Facility, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting strategic recruitment initiatives that strengthen PepsiCo Canada's talent pipeline and overall success. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position provides full-cycle recruitment support for frontline roles across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can contribute to impactful hiring strategies that elevate our business.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate candidate communications.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and candidate management through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, and career fairs.
- Maintain compliance with employment legislation and hiring policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1--2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or a similar HR capacity.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Strong understanding of hiring best practices and applicable employment legislation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and execution.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail.
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
