Our mission is to provide strategic, high-quality representation and guidance in resolving tax controversies efficiently and effectively. Role Overview: We are seeking a Tax Law Clerk to support our growing litigation practice. Assist in drafting and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
Provide administrative support as needed, including file management, billing coordination, and document production. Draft court forms, correspondence, and other litigation-related materials. Administrative Support : Collaborate with lawyers to manage client inquiries, billing processes, and general office tasks.
Compliance \& Confidentiality : Follow all professional guidelines and legal requirements to ensure the integrity of case files and client data. Diploma or Certificate in Law Clerk or Paralegal Studies from a recognized institution (or relevant experience). Technical Skills : Familiarity with Canadian legal procedures, particularly in tax litigation.
Strong proficiency with document management software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of tax law or interest in learning tax litigation procedures is an asset. Why Join Taxpayer Law?
