About the role:
We are seeking an organized and with a keen eye for detail Customer Care Representative to support the Customer Care Operations, and coordinate end to end processes in compliance with operational business practices. The Customer Care Representative is a well spoken individual with keen attention to detail who will communicate with our customers over various communication channels to assist in processing orders, resolve any customer concerns with a "can do" attitude. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in mitigating risks through identifying trends and potential breakdowns in process and resolve issues or escalate them in a timely manner.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Process new orders with great attention to detail, complying with company policies and procedures
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure company targets are met and exceeded
- Possess a positive attitude and sows initiative on a consistent basis
- Completes tasks as assigned by the Customer Care Manager with urgency and attention to detail
- Represent company brand in a positive and responsible manner
- Collaborates with other team members to ensure customer concerns and requests are completed in a timely manner
- Possesses skills to understand customer needs and suggest additional products as needed
- Works well under pressure and delivers project completion on time and within scope
- Driven to achieve and exceed company targets
