We have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Service Representative (Bilingual) , reporting to the Manager, Consumer Service. The Consumer Service Representative (Bilingual) is responsible for receiving, addressing, and resolving consumer inquiries and concerns regarding Conair products across various communication channels including phone, email, written, or in-person.
Respond to inquiries from consumers (e.g. repairs, warranties, general information, etc) received through the consumer service Toll-Free support line in a friendly and professional manner Collaborate with the Marketing and Quality Control departments as required for assistance in handling and addressing consumer inquiries and resolution Maintain and stay up to date on product knowledge for the product lines being supported Record and update details of consumer interactions in a clear and thorough manner in the CRM system Coordinate consumer orders in the CRM system to ensure fulfillment in a timely manner and apply payments to orders as required Assist in creating a positive work environment and participate in personal performance development Perform other administrative and support tasks as required Minimum 2 years experience in a call center / customer support environment Fluently bilingual in English \& French (verbal and written) Professional phone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely Ability to provide a high level of customer service within established time constraints under minimal supervision Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and the Internet We offer a hybrid-working environment and an attractive compensation package including extended health benefits, life insurance, and a defined contribution pension plan.
