Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Student to join as a ServiceNow Developer. This role offers hands-on experience in IT Service Management, automation, and cloud technologies. You will support and enhance our ServiceNow platform, contributing to organizational efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
- Create and manage discovery schedules for CMDB Autodiscovery in ServiceNow
- Build and optimize scripts to automate workflows and business processes
- Configure and support Service Catalog items and Request Management processes
- Assist with ServiceNow integrations and Azure configurations
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of solutions
- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Required Qualifications:
