Key Responsibilities:Be the CEO's trusted partner and go-to support, while also assisting the broader executive team. Own their schedules---manage complex calendars, book travel, and keep priorities in line.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and proposals with accuracy and polish. Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action follow-ups. Review and draft correspondence with confidence and clarity.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. Support special projects and operational initiatives across departments. Leverage tools like Visio and Quantum to enhance workflow and project support.
Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience directly supporting executive-level leadership. A professional who thrives under pressure and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eagle eye for detail.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines like a pro. Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Visio and Quantum is highly preferred.
A background in aviation or finance is a bonus, but not required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Why Join our Client?
