What Will You
Do? Recruitment \& Staffing Support: Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Provide coordination and administrative support for student placements, internships, or temporary roles.
Policy \& Compliance: Support adherence to employment laws, assist in drafting policies, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Health \& Safety Programs: Help develop and implement initiatives to promote a safe work environment, conduct audits, provide training, and support incident reporting. Assist with managing third-party partnerships, ensuring contracts align with company standards, and monitoring vendor performance to address any issues that arise.
Perform additional duties as assigned while aligning with the company's core values of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. What Do
You Bring? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and related areas. Fluently bilingual in French and EnglishAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in HR software
