We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.
Qualifications:
- Master's and/or PhD in Chemistry or related fields such as Formulation Science, Development Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Process Development Chemistry (preferred but not required).
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
