Tasks \& Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report directly to multiple executives for assistance with tasks including, but not limited to
- Act as administrative coordinator with headquarters and peer offices.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, including planning for company events.
- Manage office social media accounts.
- Support internal company culture and team building.
- Process expenses and expense reports, budgeting, invoicing etc.
- Manage the assets of the office.
- Undertake general office care and upkeep.
- Collect and deliver mail and packages.
- Order, pickup, and delivery of parts, packages, and materials to/from locations within the GTA.
- Answer calls to the office.
- Daily office work required from Monday through Friday, with occasional travel within the GTA.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in management, business, or an equivalent field.
- One year of experience in an administrative project-management-related role, with proven experience in project management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changes and shifting priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Capability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
- Strong initiative and follow through with tasks or projects given.
