We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the primary HR admin, your goal is to provide smooth and efficient delivery of Employee Success services at Achievers. You will provide support in various HR functions and assist in implementing HR programs and initiatives to support our employees and organizational objectives.You directly execute the details, maintaining a high bar for data integrity, confidentiality, and excellent employee service quality.
Responsibilities:
HR Transactions Processing:
- Process HR transactions, such as new hire paperwork, background checks, employment documentation, and salary changes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all transactions.
- Manage and oversee employee absences, sick leave, and disability, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
HR Correspondence:
- Prepare HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination letters.
- Assist with drafting HR policies, procedures, and other documentation as needed.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and L1 support on HR-related matters.
- Support and process LOAs ensuring trackers and procedures are followed while updating
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, and HR databases.
- Administer absence Management and provide vacation reporting for all Achievers employees to ensure compliance
- Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
HR Projects Support:
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as system implementations, policy updates, process improvements, Aspire administration, and employee events.
- Support vendor onboarding process and coordinate invoices for payment
- Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Administration or related field
- CHRP designation recommended
- Demonstrated knowledge in a range of HR areas, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation \& benefits, talent acquisition and regulatory compliance
- Expert level MS Office Suite applications
- Strong working knowledge of cloud-based software, including Dayforce HRIS, Aspire, Lever, and Tableau
- 2 years of experience in a detail-oriented role in a corporate environment
- Ability to learn quickly and actionfeedback
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and other stakeholders
- Track record of clear and helpful communication and problem-solving
