The Role
The Manager, Regulatory Program Management contributes to the success of Customer Insights, Data \& Analytics (CID\&A) by working with the Director and Senior Manager to support regulatory and audit programs, including enterprise-wide data remediation. The role involves supporting complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data and analytics strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Assist in overseeing regulatory remediation initiatives related to data and analytics.
- Evaluate compliance controls, operational procedures, and processes to meet regulatory expectations.
- Lead review and update of program KPIs and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute program roadmaps.
- Manage and communicate program risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring delivery quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Maintain ongoing communication of program status through reports and issue escalation.
- Document and archive program activities and deliverables for future reference.
- Work effectively with various organizational levels, including 2nd and 3rd line partners.
- Identify and recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Strong communication skills are essential for preparing regulatory responses and managing change initiatives.
Additional Skills and Experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and writing skills.
- Experience in tracking/reporting metrics and developing KPIs.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate across organizational levels.
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of data and analytics regulations is advantageous.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel is beneficial.
