STV is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Aviation (Structures) to join our national aviation team. This position may assist aviation clients across the country in need of our services. Candidates should be within a reasonable commute to a major airline hub, such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, including deliverables, schedule, and budget.
- Manage and direct proposal development, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout, including handling project budgets, change requests, and invoicing.
- Participate in or lead marketing efforts, proposal preparations, and presentations for project acquisition.
- Plan the complete project execution and develop the project manual.
- Monitor manpower requirements against the project budget, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility.
- Establish and maintain communication channels with contractors and clients regarding project planning, start dates, and progress.
- Oversee the project from initiation to delivery, including manpower planning and updates.
- Form and lead a project team, coordinating responsibilities and tasks according to schedule.
- Handle submissions to authorities for code compliance and permits.
- Conduct regular project progress meetings to ensure contract terms and specifications are met.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, addressing manpower, equipment, materials, and quality issues promptly.
- Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
Compensation Range: $112,253.66 - $149,671.54
