What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will process written transaction requests from Monthly Parking, Transient customers, and stakeholders, providing professional customer service to assist with parking requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and poise.
- Act as a courteous brand ambassador, processing transactions, communicating policies, and enforcing regulations.
- Build customer rapport, address inquiries and complaints, and provide empathetic support.
- Participate in call monitoring and assessments to improve communication and satisfaction.
- Ensure data integrity, gather information, and input data accurately.
- Respond to inbound emails, calls, and faxes, acting as a point of contact for customers.
- Maintain customer account information and update records diligently.
- Utilize resources such as manuals, emails, and support from supervisors and management.
- Complete paperwork, process payments, and handle work orders and reports.
- Assist with monthly guest passes and maintain deliverable calendars.
- Manage the storefront email inbox and process requests.
- Answer inbound calls, assist with sign-ups, and provide web support.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- G12 or equivalent education.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- 1 year of data entry experience (40 WPM).
- Knowledge of contact center software and policies.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
