Your New Role:
As a key member of the engineering team, you will:
- Collaborate with Architects and Engineering Managers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Understand client requirements to build solutions defined in project backlogs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Write production-ready, well-tested, and documented code across cloud environments.
- Contribute to building infrastructure, data pipelines, or application components depending on project needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, staging, etc.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within your team.
- Demonstrate company values by staying curious, being an exceptional partner, and continuously learning.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Extensive experience with cloud migrations, CI/CD pipeline development, scripting, containerization, and cloud security best practices
- Strong background in Jenkins pipeline creation and maintenance for Java-based applications (Ant, Gradle, Maven)
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience with expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in Agile environments and participate in all related ceremonies
- Excellent client communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, staging, and production environments
- Strong teamwork and knowledge-sharing mindset
