One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Manager, Growth in United States or Canada.
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Product Manager to join a high-impact Growth team. In this role, you will lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts, focusing on increasing web traffic and enhancing funnel performance. You’ll drive high-velocity A/B testing, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage behavioral analytics to deliver exceptional user acquisition and retention outcomes. This position plays a key part in bridging growth strategy and product execution through experimentation, feature optimization, and performance insights.
Accountabilities:
Drive experimentation strategy through A/B testing and iterative CRO to improve user journey and engagement across landing pages.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to launch data-backed growth initiatives.
Manage agile team ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and grooming, to deliver on a data-informed product roadmap.
Use behavioral analytics and user insights to uncover friction points and identify product gaps and growth opportunities.
Partner with acquisition and lifecycle marketing to build personalized experiences aligned with campaign goals.
Define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and make continuous improvements to optimize customer acquisition and monetization.
4+ years of experience in Growth Product Management with a proven track record in A/B testing, CRO, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights to drive product strategy.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
Experience executing high-velocity website experimentation and post-redesign optimization.
Familiarity with collaboration across growth marketing functions (paid ads, email marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a mindset focused on ownership and iteration.
Background in developing and scaling features that drive market share, user engagement, and long-term value.
Competitive base salary: $180,000 – $200,000 USD
