ICBC is going through an exciting period of change. To support the organization in successfully navigating change and achieving our organizational goals, ICBC's Organizational Development and Effectiveness department is hiring a Change Management Specialist to join their team at the North Vancouver Head Office.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Change Management professional with 3-5 years of leading, designing, and delivering organizational change programs and plans.

Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
Ideally, a post-secondary education in relevant discipline (Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Behaviour etc.)
Proven experience leading change management initiatives within a large, complex organization.
Proven experience in making project level decisions and recommendations about change management needs.
Ability to collect and analyse data to make informed decisions as it relates to change management projects.
Experience in advising senior leadership on key people priorities and areas of development on data-driven insights.
Experience in guiding senior business leaders to further their change goals of the corporation, drive efficiencies and enhance the change experience through strategic people-focused change management practices.
Proven project management and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to construct “best-practice” work and project plans and manage those plans over time.
Champions best practice and continuous improvement in change methodology.
Possesses a keen understanding of sound business practices and the skills to solve a variety of business problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; understand how to effectively structure communications to translate complex concepts and plans into clear, persuasive narratives.
Understands the internal and external dynamics of large public sector companies and how to communicate effectively across the matrix, with governmental bodies and the public.
Experience working within the insurance industry is an asset.
Professional Change Management designation or certification is an asset (e.g. CCMP, CMC, ACMP, Prosci).
Position Information:
ICBC provides comprehensive and flexible benefit coverage to all eligible employees including a defined benefit pension plan.

Sick leave plan – 100% of pay for a period of a maximum of 8 weeks plus 85% of your pay for a subsequent period of up to 9 weeks.

Work arrangements defined:
Resident – you will work at your primary in-office headquarters on all scheduled work days.
Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
Hybrid 10 – you will work a minimum of 10 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically one week in/one week out or up to 3 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
Mobile – you will work a significant amount of time in the field, in addition to working from an office and optionally working remotely within British Columbia.
Remote – you will work remotely from within British Columbia, with one required visit to your primary office per month.
