Job Description Principal Product Marketing Manager INTRODUCTION: We're looking for a passionate and creative Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role you’ll be reporting to the VP of Product Marketing and working alongside our Sales, Product, and Product Marketing teams to assist in the delivery and execution of powerful go-to-market campaigns that position our product (and product releases) for maximum impact in the market. Plus, you’ll help drive product and feature adoption, send usage stats through the roof, delight our users, and get them sticky in the product. To make that happen, you’ll get to know our market, customer segments, and product inside and out, then turn that knowledge into innovative angles, impactful sales enablement assets and tools, creative launches and campaigns, and powerful storytelling. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Product Positioning – define and document product hierarchy, messaging, core market differentiation and create messaging for solutions and feature sets within our product, both for overarching brand and for the different stages of the customer journey per customer segments. Market & Competitive Intelligence – understand our target audience, competitors as well as general innovation relevant to our industry and its different segments. Develop and iterate our ICPs. GTM Strategy & Product Launches – own and manage the GTM strategy for relevant product portfolio, including new product launches and major product releases, working closely with sales, product, customer success and product marketing teams. Content Generation – deliver high-quality product marketing materials (brochures, sales decks, website copy, datasheets, battle cards, demo videos, marketing videos, etc.) to support demand generation campaigns, sales cycles, and product and features adoption. Demand Generation – support and work with our extended marketing team on lead generation activities, with messaging, collateral and ensure sales has appropriate follow up materials and enablement tools to execute on leads. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: You have a BA/BS degree (MBA preferred). 7-10+ years of product marketing experience with 4+ of those doing positioning, messaging, and tech marketing in a B2B SaaS across small and mid-size customer segments. You are highly organized and efficient, juggling multiple projects at once with high reliability. You're proficient with (or willing to quickly learn) Intercom, Asana, Figma, Notion, Sharepoint, Slack, Teams, Salesforce, Pendo and MixPanel. Understanding of the Fitness Industry or Fitness Management Business Systems a plus Ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into marketing deliverables. Monitor and deliver customer feedback and competitive intelligence to sales, marketing, and product management teams. Experience designing and executing product GTM plans with examples of your work you'd proudly share with us to back it up. Experience executing awareness and adoption campaigns to existing customers through different channels. Adept at tracking and measuring impact with data. Curiosity to learn and execute new ideas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex information in a concise and compelling manner. Experience working in a fast paced, ever changing, startup-like environment. You are a self-starter that thrives on a hand-off managerial environment. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $112,000.00 -- $120,000.00 CAD annually.
