We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior RPA Developer to join our IT team in Langley, BC. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Application Support you will work with business and IT partners to design, build, deliver and scale strong automation solutions. You will be at the forefront of automating and optimizing our processes and systems by developing and integrating sophisticated automation solutions, enhancing our change management processes, and contributing to various projects across various business areas. You will be responsible for: Designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, Python and PostgreSQL. Leading & participating in agile development team including sprint grooming, planning, and execution. Handling complex design and troubleshooting. Conceptualizing, designing, and developing interfaces and integration technical architecture. Managing data analysis, mapping, and testing software code & interfaces. Preparing and reviewing technical documentation including, but not limited to system documentation, user manuals, technical support guides and help desk documentation. Undertaking systems analysis and design activities to deliver technical solutions to business opportunities when needed. Providing product walk through and demo and providing technical support to the system users. Participating in the planning and execution of integration and system test cycles. Ensuring technical direction and standards are implemented in deliverables. Providing mentoring and technical coaching within the team. Preparing work package plans and delivery dates and managing all tasks associated with the delivery. Coordinating deployments across multiple IT groups. You have: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4 or more years of overall experience with scoping, configuring, delivering, and maintaining ERP application or Web application or low code solutions. Extensive experience in developing software in multiple of the following application development technologies: Java, C#, HTML5, ReactJS, Microsoft solutions (Canvas) Experience working with Azure Cloud, Continuous Integration and Deployment (CICD, i.e. GitHub Actions), and Java EE application servers such as JBoss. Proven ability to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications and a strong system design. A strong understanding and experience in building Power Automate logic, familiar with connectors and actions, and how to integrate them with PowerApps. A good knowledge of working with multiple screens in PowerApps and integrating them effectively with SharePoint / Web application / front end UI and other data sources. Passion in PowerShell / Python / Microsoft functions specifically for automation in Microsoft technologies. Strong working knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, design and implementation using either Oracle or SQL Server technologies. Experience in emerging technology trends e.g., Process Mining, Task Mining, RPA, AI, ML, NLP, etc., is an asset. You are: Able to work in a fast-paced, and deadline driven environment.
