Although this role is remote, there be requirements to come into the Toronto, ON office for campus events, interviews, etc. Additionally, travel is expected to go to various campuses.
Supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of talent acquisition programs/solutions including all work related to sourcing & recruiting of employees to meet specific business group objectives. Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to talent acquisition programs & solutions. Works across BMO to deliver specific operational program activities & results.
Supports day to day operational processes, program management activities & administrative tasks for talent acquisition to achieve business results and deliver the intended employee experience.
Develops operational solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on implementation of talent acquisition solutions.
Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to support planning, implementation and sustainment of talent acquisition programs and solutions.
Communicates and reinforces talent acquisition principles, programs, process, and standards.
Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes.
Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions.
Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
Focus may be on a business/group.
Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
Works mostly independently.

Qualifications:
Typically, 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

The salary range provided reflects BMO Financial group’s compensation range for the grade band associated with this position.
Salary placement within the range outlined above is role-based and will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set consistent, and competitive ranges. We regularly evaluate compensation, identify any changes in the market and adjust our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.
Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
