Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team in the commercial landscaping/Snow industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, promoting our landscaping Maintenance/Construction and Snow services, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for landscaping, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential business clients in target markets, including commercial properties, municipalities, and property management companies.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our services, capabilities, and advantages.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored landscaping solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets the agreed standards and client expectations.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate sales records.
- Customer Feedback: Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the landscaping or Construction related industry.
