We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Supervisor to oversee our Settlement and Collections teams, currently comprising five professionals located in Alberta and Ontario. This role is ideal for a strong leader who excels in team development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. While deep technical expertise is not a prerequisite, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in people leadership, accounting, and operational efficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and apply functional knowledge as needed. More specifically, you will be required to: Lead and support a geographically distributed team of 5 across Settlement and Collections, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture Oversee daily operations of the Settlement function, including month-end reconciliations and financial reporting accuracy Manage the Collections operations, ensuring timely follow-up on delinquencies and effective recovery strategies Collaborate closely with a third-party collections agency to drive performance and maintain service quality Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to settlements, collections, and recoveries Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members, promoting continuous growth Champion team-building initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable work environment What we offer Competitive salary and annual bonus 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year RSP Contribution option Group insurance including telemedicine Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.
