Master Production Scheduler Company: Boeing Canada Operations Ltd Boeing Canada Winnipeg is seeking a Master Production Scheduler, reporting to the Fulfillment Manager, working out of the Winnipeg, Manitoba office. The Master Production Scheduler will join the Demand Management team supporting Master Schedule uploading and supporting Boeing Business Partners. This role is a fixed term of 12 months in length. The master production scheduler maintains synchronization of the supply chain between international or domestic organizations, customers and suppliers by utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to support global markets. Analyzes material requirements to determine appropriate attributes to drive accurate demand through the supply chain. Creates requisitions to satisfy demand requirements supporting the supply chain. Position Responsibilities: Works with internal and external customers to arrive at optimal solutions. Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain. Documents and resolves order delinquencies. Reports schedule adherence issues. Develops and creates schedules for products and services. Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance. Works under general direction. Works in a high volume, fast paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. Initiating the shipping process for all products to the customer. On call for emergent requests from customers This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 2+ years of experience performing scheduling in a production environment utilizing a MRP system Experience with multi-layer bill of material, and complex schedules Experience with SAP or similar scheduling software Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Must be legally able to work in Canada Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience): Experience working in aerospace and/or manufacturing environment Experience with maintaining Manufacturing production schedules Completion of or enrollment in the Production and Inventory Management Certificate Program (APICS, CPIM) or Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) Certificate Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style Additional Information: This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada.
