Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an Assistant Parts Manager to join our team and help drive excellence in customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. As the foremost support to the Parts Department Manager, you’ll lead the parts counter team while actively fulfilling Parts person duties. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate, courteous, and professional service to all customers. Serve both retail and wholesale clients by providing quotes and processing parts orders via phone, electronically, and in person. Monitor inventory levels, assist with daily operations, and help ensure adequate stock. Handle inbound and outbound parts shipments, follow up on pending and special orders. Maintain records, including work orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and specially ordered parts. Support front counter, back counter, wholesale, and internal customers. Supervise parts staff and runners to ensure smooth daily operations. Review open parts invoices weekly and reconcile discrepancies. Verify vendor invoices and maintain proper gross profit margins on parts sales. Qualifications & Requirements: Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle parts. Experience with inventory control and special order procedures. Skilled in computer-based parts catalogues and part number research. Ability to maintain accurate records and monitor lost sales. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in a parts department or retail parts environment is a strong asset. Leadership experience or potential to lead a small team.
