Technical Competencies Complaint Resolution, Public Relations, Long Term Care Industry, CQI Principles, Project Management Principles, Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Facilitation Skills Experience - 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
