Your role includes: Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional service experience Consult with customers about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs Accurately estimate the cost and time required for repairs and maintenance Prepare repair orders and communicate them to the technicians Ensure the timely and accurate completion of repairs Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided Manage customer concerns and work with the team to find appropriate solutions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service history, repairs, and maintenance performed on vehicles Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Chrysler experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computer software and systems If you’re a dedicated professional who values growth, teamwork, and a rewarding work environment, we want to hear from you.
