Job Summary: XPEL is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operation of our Installation facility. Job Description: CORE DUTIES Oversee daily operation of the Installation facility including full P&L responsibility Manage and develop team of installers Acquire, retain and manage product sales with Independent Installers and Dealerships Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product; introducing new products Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers Perform individual market analyses within the territory to develop new customer and conquest strategies Follow up on sales leads Help customers through email, phone, and in person meetings Responsible for working with the sales administration team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships JOB REQUIREMENTS Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills XPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
