About us:
At Tall Tree, you’ll join an award-winning clinic focused on exceptional integrated healthcare. We’re a diverse team that is endlessly nerdy— we love learning, teaching, and keeping up to date with the latest research. We’re the most multidisciplinary and comprehensive team in private healthcare in BC; we put each client at the center of this with our goal to match everyone with the right clinician or team of clinicians. We take pride in our passionate clinicians, inspiring and uplifting facilities, high-quality health services, and exceptional customer service. We’re committed to delivering healthcare in the best possible way— and we have a singular culture of respect, warmth, curiosity and enthusiasm that makes being a part of the Tall Tree team something to be truly proud of.
As an employer, we aim to be the top choice in healthcare in BC. We want to be the only place you'd want to work. Our workplaces are amazing, both physically and socially, and we offer all the usual perks. But we also invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in education for our team every year. We believe that when our team members are happy and engaged, they're better equipped to deliver exceptional patient care.
About the role:
As a Registered Dietitian at Tall Tree, you play a critical role in helping clients nourish their bodies, improve their health outcomes, and build sustainable relationships with food. You work collaboratively with clients to create personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans that align with their goals, preferences, and any medical considerations.
Dietitians at Tall Tree are experts in nutritional science and compassionate care. You deliver clear, practical guidance that supports healing, vitality, and longevity. You’re an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, contributing to care that sees the whole person—not just the diagnosis. Your work helps bring Tall Tree’s mission to life: healthcare the way it should be done.
This is a part-time, contractor position, and a great opportunity to build a practice around what works for your schedule!
As a Registered Massage Therapist at Tall Tree, you will:
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and create individualized care plans that reflect each client’s goals, medical history, cultural context, and lifestyle. You’ll develop and adapt personalized meal plans that support diverse health goals—whether it’s a low-glycemic diet, plant-based approach, or gut-friendly low FODMAP strategy.
Provide accessible education on portion sizes, meal timing, mindful eating, and meal prep strategies that make healthy eating realistic and enjoyable.
Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, OTs, mental health professionals, and other team members to ensure your care complements and enhances broader treatment plans.
Use SMART goals, motivational interviewing, and behavior-change strategies to build client motivation, accountability, and long-term success.
Keep clear, timely, and professional records that support quality care, continuity, and compliance.
Stay current with the latest nutrition and lifestyle research, translating evidence into real-world solutions.
Contribute to the development of Tall Tree’s nutrition program and wider community offerings.
We’re looking for:
A Registered Dietitian, in good standing with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia—you uphold high standards and ethical care.
Skilled in working with a wide range of nutritional concerns including chronic disease management, GI issues, pediatric nutrition, disordered eating, or general wellness.
A clear and empathetic communicator—you make complex information accessible and build trusting relationships with ease.
Confident in clinical writing and documentation—your records are professional, thorough, and support both care and compliance.
A collaborative team player—you’re energized by working with other clinicians and contributing to a positive, growth-oriented workplace.
