We have a great opportunity for an Internal Service Advisor to join our Crown Honda team located at 2610 McPhillips Street, in a company and industry with great growth opportunities where we have a large customer base and is expanding rapidly. We are one of the fastest growing dealerships in Manitoba with a recently expanded shop to keep up with our growing customer base.
The Internal Service Advisor under the direction of the Service Manager, is the primary liaison between the sales and service departments to ensure that internal repair and reconditioning needs for dealership inventory are completed efficiently and accurately.
After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs and assess and advise customers on repair and maintenance work while being the first point of contact for our service shops as well as internal departments.

Responsibilities:
Receive and prioritize internal service requests from the sales and used car departments
Create accurate repair orders (ROs) for internal vehicles and monitor progress
Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of reconditioning and repair work
Review vehicle inspection reports and determine recommended services
Monitor the status of all internal repairs and keep relevant departments informed of progress and delays
Manage internal billing and cost control for repair work on used or trade-in vehicles.
Communicate effectively with sales and management teams regarding vehicle readiness
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and safety standards
Requirements:
1-3 years of automotive experience (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive manual transmissions
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management skills
Great customer service and listening skills
Detailed oriented
