Job Title Assembler 1 Job Description Assembler – 1 - Ontario, CA Join our team as an Assembler and help ensure the high-quality production of whitening products through precision, care, and teamwork. Your role: As an Assembler, you will play a key role in the assembly and production of whitening products, contributing directly to product quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll be part of a collaborative production team and work closely with quality control and other departments to meet daily production goals. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced assembly techniques and the opportunity to build your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform quality checks throughout the process, ensuring each product meets our high standards. · The position is based in Ontario, CA, with all work completed on-site in a production setting. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired at least one (1) year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment as an individual contributor. Your skills include basic and advanced assembly processes, quality control procedures, and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in California is $17.75 - $24.90 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
