Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Assist with the loading and unloading of materials. Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks. Operate mobile equipment on plant property (loader, forklift, skid steer, man-lift) Maintain cleanliness of plant work areas. Assist with plant tasks including lubrication, maintenance, and repairs. What Are We Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work safely and independently without constant supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of learning through on-the-job training. Forklift, Bobcat, and Confined Space Certification are an asset, but not required. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
