We are currently recruiting for a detail oriented, process and quality focused team player who is self-motivated and goal driven to fill the position of Manager, Maintenance based out of our Oliver, BC Production Facility / Jackson-Triggs Winery. The Jackson-Triggs Winery is a full-service operation from harvest through to final distribution, operating year-round and producing some of the industry’s most awarded wines. The Role: The role of Manager, Maintenance is to manage the maintenance department for bottle shop, cellars, building and harvest. The individual will lead the department, oversee the CMMS and CI initiatives and task completion. Work in collaboration with all departments ensuring their needs are being met or exceeded. What you'll be doing: Organize, schedule, train, supervise, motivate and coach the department supervisor and workers. Team player focused on productivity uptime and meeting the customers’ needs by maintaining and repairing their equipment to ensure the best performance of the assets as and when they need them. Overlap with facility engineer-consult on all new capital projects Coordinate work performed by outside vendors, handle multiple tasks, and establish deadlines to deliver the expectations of the tasks or projects. Ensure critical parts inventory is updated and maintained. Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts guide and facilitate the CMMS system and ensure CI initiatives are met on time and on budget. Assist with running of Effluent plant Communicate, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures for the department. Ensure internal and external compliance to policies, procedures, regulations and rules of governance. The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
