Licensed Motorcycle Technician - Ducati Toronto, Woodbridge, ON L4L 8R1 Are you passionate about motorcycles and ready to work for the first Ducati in the GTA? We're searching for a skilled Motorcycle Technician join our team at Ducati Toronto and ensure the top-notch performance of our motorcycles. In this role, you will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs to damaged motorcycles in an accurate and timely fashion, ensuring that the quality of the repair will foster long-term customer satisfaction, thereby encouraging repeat and referral business. Primary Responsibilities: Diagnoses and performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with the dealership, factory and warranty policies and procedures. Discusses any problems related to the repair with other Technicians or Fixed Operations Manager. Communicates with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts. Shuttles motorcycles in and out of the service area. Performs other duties as required by the Fixed Operations Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership. Skills and Qualifications Thorough knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures. Motorcycle mechanic trade certification (310G or 310S) and has held the certification for a minimum of 3 years. Valid Ontario Motorcycle License (M2 or higher) and clean drivers abstract. Ducati focused experience Ability to physically push motorcycles is an asset. Why Work For Pfaff?
